VOLT
The volt is the unit measure of electrical
pressure. One volt will, when applied across a resistance of one
ohm, force one amp of current to flow through the circuit. If you double the
resistance in the circuit and still apply one volt across the circuit, the current
will be 1/2 amp. If you apply two volts across one ohm the current through
the resistor will be two amps.
You should remember:
1.The volt is the unit of measure for electrical force (pressure).
